Ingredients
Champignon mushrooms | 300 g |
onion | 1 PC. |
hard cheese | 100 g |
bechamel sauce | 200 ml |
salt | taste |
pepper | taste |
sunflower oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Finely chop 1 head of onion.
- Rub on a coarse grater 100 g of any hard cheese.
- Pour 2 tbsp into a preheated pan l sunflower oil.
- We cut 300 g of champignons with medium plates and fry them under a covered lid until they let the juice go.
- We send chopped onions to the mushrooms and fry it until transparent.
- Add to the ingredients black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything.
- We put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We spread the mushrooms and onions in portioned forms for julienne, and on top of each we lay out half the grated cheese.
- Mix the cheese with mushrooms and pour the ingredients with 200 ml of Bechamel sauce.
- Sprinkle on top with the remaining cheese.
- We send the forms to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. The dish is ready!

The following recommendations will help even the most inexperienced housewives to cook julienne correctly:
- Although you can choose any hard cheese for the recipe, it is better to prefer mozzarella or suluguni. These types of cheeses are designed specifically for this kind of dishes.
- To properly cook and serve julienne on the table, you will definitely need special portioned baking dishes - cocotte makers. It is better if they are made of stainless steel.
- Many housewives are very afraid to cook Bechamel sauce, but in vain. The recipe is very simple: you need to melt 1 tbsp. l butter in a pan, fry in it 1.5 tbsp. l flour for 2 minutes. Pour 1 cup of warm milk into the flour and stir continuously until the consistency of thick sour cream. In the end, you only need to add salt and spices to taste.
