Step cooking
- Put 50-60 g butter in the multicooker bowl. Set the “Baking” mode for 55 minutes, close the lid. The oil should melt.
- Cut 400-450 g of chicken into small cubes. Place it in a slow cooker and fry for 15 minutes with the lid closed in melted butter.
- Finely chop 160-180 g of onion. Stir the chicken in a multicooker bowl and add chopped onion to it.
- If you have wild mushrooms, they must first be boiled in slightly salted water. If the store - just chop and place 350-370 g of mushrooms in a slow cooker. Stir the contents of the bowl well and let cook for 20 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, look at the amount of liquid in the bowl. If it is not at all, you can add a little water - the ingredients should be stewed, not fried. If there is too much liquid, cook the julienne for several minutes with the lid open until excess moisture evaporates.
- Stir the contents of the multicooker and wait another 10 minutes. Then add 2-3 g of mustard and 25-30 g of flour to the bowl, salt, mix thoroughly. If you wish - at this stage you can also add your favorite spices. Add 250 ml of milk to the julienne, mix again. Close the lid of the multicooker and cook the dish until the end of the program - about 10-13 minutes.
- Grate 100-120 g of cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle julienne at the end of the program.
- Soak the dish in the “Preheat” mode for another 5-10 minutes, during which time the cheese should completely melt.
Julienne is ready, you can put it on plates and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
