Step cooking
- We will prepare all the ingredients on the list and the desktop. We wash well 600 g of mushrooms, if necessary, clean the hat and cut into strips. You can add forest mushrooms, then there will be an even more saturated mushroom aroma and taste.
- Two onions cut into a medium-sized cube.
- 400 g of chicken fillet cut into not too large pieces.
- We put the pan on the stove, pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil.
- We send the chopped fillet to the heated oil, stirring occasionally, fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- When the meat is fried, transfer it to some container. Put the chopped onion in the same pan, fry it until transparent. If necessary, add a few drops of vegetable oil.
- Add the mushrooms to the fried onion, mix well.
- Salt, pepper to taste. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes so that all the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates and they are cooked.
- As soon as the liquid is gone, return the meat to the pan, reduce the heat to the smallest and simmer it all together for another 5 minutes.
- Let's make the sauce. Pour 15 g of wheat flour into the bowl.
- First pour 50 ml of cream of 20 - 25% fat into the flour, mix thoroughly with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous without lumps. You can cook the sauce in a pan. First, fry the flour in a dry pan, and then add the cream.
- Next, add the remaining 200 ml of cream, mix until smooth. Instead of cream, you can use sour cream.
- Pour the resulting sauce into a pan to the remaining ingredients. If necessary, add more salt and pepper. You can use any spices and seasonings as you wish.
- Boil the julienne over low heat until the sauce thickens.
- We lay out the finished julienne in ceramic pots or in any other small molds. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cheese is perfect for anyone you like.
- We put the pots on a baking sheet and send to the middle level in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, so that the cheese melts and browned.
- Serve hot julienne right in the pots. Enjoy your meal!
