Step cooking
- First you need to boil the chicken. To do this, put it in a small pan, fill it with water. We put on the stove and bring to a boil. Next, salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add 1-2 bay leaves. The meat should be soft and juicy.
- The mushrooms are thoroughly washed and cleaned. If the mushrooms are very young, the skin can not be removed. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
- Peel 2-3 onions with a total weight of 150 g. Cut the onions into thin quarter rings.
- After this, grate 300 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese is absolutely suitable for anyone. It is advisable not to use a cheese product.
- Heat the pan. Pour into it 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Put the chopped onion in a well-heated oil and fry until transparent.
- When the onion is slightly fried, put the chopped mushrooms into the pan. Mix and let fry over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally, fry until light golden. After that, we transfer the mushrooms with onions into a separate container.
- In the same pan with the remains of vegetable oil, pour 2 tbsp. l wheat flour and mix.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, and then add 80 g of butter and mix until the butter is completely melted.
- After this, pour 500 ml of cream into the pan, mix and keep on fire for another 5-7 minutes, without waiting for boiling.
- We lay the finished chicken breast in a separate container and let it cool. Then cut into small pieces.
- Sliced chicken breast spread on the bottom of portioned pots.
- Top with fried mushrooms.
- After that, fill everything with cream and carefully level it so that they completely saturate the filling.
- We fall asleep on top with grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pots with julienne put in a preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Ready julienne served on the table in hot form. Before serving, the dish can be decorated by sprinkling with finely chopped greens. Enjoy your meal.
