Turkey fillet | 500 g |
Champignon | 500 g |
Bow | 1 PC. |
Milk | 300 ml |
Salt | taste |
Butter | 35 g |
Olive oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Flour | 1 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- First, prepare 10 buns - cut off their tops.
- Then gently, using a teaspoon, remove the flesh from the buns (from this flesh you can make, for example, crackers for a salad).
- We put the prepared buns on the wire rack and place it in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion.
- In a preheated pan, pour 2 tbsp. l olive oil.
- Pour the onion into the oil and fry, stirring, until tender golden color.
- Cut into small pieces 500 g of turkey fillet.
- We spread the meat to the onion, add salt, continue to fry, do not forget to stir.
- Cut into small pieces 500 g of mushrooms. Pour champignons into practically prepared meat. Fry for a few minutes - until the mushrooms are slightly fried, they will decrease in volume. When the moisture in the pan evaporates, add 35 g of butter.
- Sprinkle a mass of 1 tbsp. l flour and mix well. Fry for a few minutes. Add a little nutmeg.
- Pour 300 ml of milk into the pan, mix. Salt a little more and simmer for several minutes - until thickened.
- On a fine grater we rub 300 g of hard cheese. Add 250 g of cheese to the finished filling, mix.
- We fill the buns with the prepared filling.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat. We spread the buns and send them to the oven, preheated to 200 ºС,
literally for 10 minutes, until a cheese crust forms.
