Step cooking
- We begin to prepare the ingredients. We wash the mushrooms and cut.
- Then chop the onion, herbs and garlic.
- We put two pans on a high heat and add in one butter, and in the other a mixture of butter and olive oil.
- Fry the onions in a pan with butter. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter and olive oil.
- Fry the onion until light golden color.
- Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms to taste and fry over high heat, stirring constantly.
- When the onion is ready, remove it from the stove. We are waiting for the juice from the mushrooms to completely evaporate. Add the flour to the mushrooms, mix and add the onion.
- Mix the ingredients well, add the garlic and pour the cream. They should be at room temperature.
- Bring the cream to a boil and in this state, simmer the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Turn off the stove and spread the cream in the baking dish.
- Grate the cheese and spread it on top of the mushrooms.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and wait until the cheese melts. We take the julienne from the oven and sprinkle with herbs. Done! Enjoy your meal!
Variations of serving and decorating dishes
The perfect combination of ingredients that reveals the taste of mushrooms, and yet so simple - all this can be said about julienne. This dish will fit perfectly on any holiday table and by itself will look very impressive. However, you can make the pitch even more beautiful by simply adding a few minor touches:
- Serve julienne in beautiful bowls, decorating on top not only with herbs, but also with dried herbs and spices. You can add a slice of lemon for decoration.
- To cook julienne in baskets of dough - it will be even tastier!
