Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. Wash the fillet and cut it into pieces.
- Cut the mushrooms not very finely.
- Cut the onion into small pieces.
- Rub cheese on a grater.
- Add oil to the pan, heat it and fry the chicken for 5 minutes.
- Then add the onions and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
- Then add the mushrooms, mix all the ingredients. We wait until all the moisture has evaporated, and after evaporation we fry all the ingredients for another 7 minutes. At the end, salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill everything with cream, heat them for 2 minutes over medium heat. Turn off the fire, sprinkle everything with cheese and cover with a lid. Leave for 5 minutes to brew.
- We decorate with greens at will. Done. Enjoy your meal!
