  1. We prepare the ingredients. Take a kilogram of red currant and rinse it. We examine currants and remove rotten or spoiled berries. Twigs can not be removed - at your request.

  2. Add a kilogram of fine sugar to the currant in a bowl. It must be small and instant. Mix currants with sugar well.

  3. Stir the berries until the first juice. If you want to speed up the process, take a potato masher and crush the berries with it. You can also just mix the berries a couple of times and leave them for 1-1.5 hours until they give the juice.

  7. We prepare pre-sterilized jars. To do this, wash them with soda, then put in the microwave for 5 minutes. We squeeze the berries well, you can use a potato masher. Mix the ingredients and pour into jars.

  9. We cover the jelly with lids or a film, to whom it is convenient.
