Ingredients

  • Blackcurrant berries - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  8. There is a degree of thickening of the jelly that suits it, then we warm it up, pour it into jars and close it with lids. If the jelly is not thick enough, then put it back on fire, bring to a boil and boil for another 5-10 minutes. And after that we put it in jars. We fill the jars with jelly, leaving a distance of half a centimeter below the neck, and close the lids. The cooled banks are removed for storage in the cellar. Pour jelly from blackcurrant into sterilized jars and cover with lids.
