Ingredients
- Young potatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Meat - 600-700 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l

- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
- Provencal herbs to taste

Step cooking
- First you need to marinate the meat. To do this, cut it into small pieces, about the same as for barbecue. After that, we transfer the meat to a plastic bag.
- Peel the onion from the husk and cut into thin rings. Sliced onions sent in a bag of meat.
- Add to it about 1/2 tsp. mixtures of peppers or black pepper. Add Provencal herbs and any other seasonings to taste in the same package.
- Next, add 1 tbsp to the meat. l mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. l sour cream, and also salt to taste. We tie a bag and mix everything thoroughly.
- After that, we transfer the meat to a deep plate, cover with a bag on top and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The dish will turn out many times tastier if you leave the meat in this form for the night.
- Next you need to prepare the mushrooms. For this dish, you can take mushrooms or any other mushrooms that are. We thoroughly rinse the mushrooms, clean all particles of dirt. Peel from champignons can not be removed. We cut larger mushrooms into two or three parts, smaller mushrooms can be left whole.
- Salted prepared mushrooms and add to them 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. l sour cream. If desired, marjoram can be added. Mix everything thoroughly and leave them to marinate.
- While the meat and mushrooms are pickled, we proceed to the preparation of potatoes. Better to take new potatoes. In this case, you can just wash it and not remove the skin. Large potatoes are cut into several segments.
- We put the chopped potatoes in a plastic bag, add seasonings and a little sunflower or olive oil. Salt to taste, tie a bag and mix everything thoroughly. If desired, garlic pepper or ground garlic can be added. You can also take 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic. In this form, leave the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
- At this time, peel 1 small carrot and cut into large strips. To prevent carrots from darkening, you can add it to potatoes.
- Next, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread the pickled potatoes and carrots on it.
- Next, spread the mushrooms and meat.
