Ingredients
- Potato - 7 pcs.
- Meat - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Salt, pepper, herbs and seasonings to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Winter harvest (tomatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and herbs) - 7-9 tbsp. l
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Put 2 chopped onions in a frying pan with oil and fry and stew it well.
- Cut the meat into small pieces, pepper and salt it on all sides.
- Take another pan, heat the oil in it and put the meat on it and fry it well.
- Gently lay the fried meat on top of the onion, which continues to stew. Mix everything, cover and let the composition simmer.
- In a frying pan where the meat was fried, put 7 potatoes chopped into four parts. Fry the potatoes in the oil left over from the meat, until a small crust.
- Take the cauldron and put all the potatoes in it. Put the stewed onions and meat on top of the potatoes. At this stage, it is also necessary to put 2 bay leaves, 2 tbsp. l sour cream, 7-9 tbsp. l winter harvesting and 100 ml of water.
- Flatten and cover with foil.
- Send the cauldron into an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, begin to gradually reduce the temperature in the oven. Bring it to 100 degrees and let the dish stand for 40 minutes at that temperature. After time, remove the dish from the oven and serve to the table, decorating with greens.
