- We put 450 grams of thawed shrimp in hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Peel and finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add to the pan. Chilli into thin slides and add to shrimp to taste.
- We rub 5 grams of lemon peel and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add to taste, mix and bring to readiness.
