Ingredients
- Milk - 1 L
- Flour - 120 g
- Yolk - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 40 g
- Vanilla Sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Cinnamon - 1 stick
- Zest - 1 pc.
Step cooking
- Pour a small amount of milk, approximately 150-200 milliliters. Pour the rest of the milk into the pan, add the lemon zest, cinnamon stick and simmer until hot.
- Sift the flour and pour it in, add cold milk in small parts, mix.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Add a small amount of hot milk to the eggs and flour, which is initially filtered through a sieve. Mix and introduce the rest of the milk.
- Pour everything into a saucepan and cook the cream until thickened, do not forget to stir constantly.
- Cover the form with a film, transfer the cream there, level it and cover with a film on top.
- Leave to cool at room temperature, then send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Sprinkle the board with flour, put the cream there. Sprinkle flour on top again.
- Cut the cream into 12-16 small pieces. Roll each piece in flour.
- Add a little salt to the eggs, mix until smooth. Dip each piece into an egg and roll again in flour.
- We fry on a large amount of oil from all sides (can be deep-fried). Mix sugar with cinnamon, roll the finished fried milk in this mixture.
