- Pour 60-70 grams of vegetable oil onto a non-stick or cast-iron frying pan, put it on the stove and wait until it is well heated.
- When the oil is heated, spread the capelin in a pan not very tight to each other and fry for three minutes on each side. If you like a crispy fish, then fry 4-5 minutes on each side.
- When the whole fish is ready, put it on a paper towel to remove excess fat, and transfer it to a beautiful dish.
