Step cooking

  1. Rinse 1 kilogram of chicken liver under running water. Remove excess films, large streaks and vessels. Cut each piece in half. 2 onions, peel and cut into cubes or half rings. Wash and peel 1 carrot. Rub on a coarse grater or cut into circles.
