Step cooking
- Thoroughly wash one and a half kilograms of smelt, dry it from water, add 45 grams of fine salt and mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for fifteen minutes.
- Then we fill the fish with 200 grams of wheat flour and mix everything thoroughly. Each smelt must be firmly covered with flour.
- Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into the pan and put it on the stove to heat. The pan must be cast iron or non-stick. The main thing is that the product does not stick.
- Gently, not very tight to each other, put the fish in hot oil and cook until golden brown. So we do with the whole smelt.
- When the whole smelt is fried, put it on one beautiful plate, decorate to your liking and serve it to the table.
