Step cooking
- Peel 500 g of potatoes from the peel and other excess parts. Both young and old will do. Cut it into small cubes 5-7 mm wide.
- We wash and clean the mushrooms, if necessary. Mushrooms cut into thin plates. If the mushrooms are different, grind them in a more convenient way. In total, they will need 300 g.
- We wash 1 bunch of fresh dill or any other herbs and finely chop it with a knife.
- Pour 2 tbsp into 1 of the pans l vegetable oil and bring to a boil. We load all the potatoes and begin to fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally so that it does not stick together and does not burn.
- In another pan, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and saute the mushrooms. Strong frying is not necessary. Landmark readiness - slightly decreased in size and slightly browned.
- The potato will be fried for 15-20 minutes. 2 minutes before finishing, salt and pepper to taste, and then add chopped greens. Ready mushrooms are added to the finished potatoes. Mix and pour 4 tbsp. l low-fat sour cream (you can combine it with mayonnaise). Mix again.
- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer its contents over low heat for another 3-4 minutes. After that, lay the potatoes with mushrooms and sauce on plates and enjoy the dish.
