Ingredients
- Potatoes - 8-10 pcs.

Step cooking
- First you need to prepare all the necessary products. We peel the potatoes from the skin, rinse it thoroughly and fill it with cold water so that it does not darken.
- The fat is cut into small thin plates.
- Drain the water from the potato and cut into arbitrary pieces or slices. Pieces should not be too large or too small.
- Peel the onions and cut into quarter rings.
- Finely chop the dill. If there is no fresh dill, you can use frozen or dried herbs.
- We put a frying pan on the stove, put chopped lard on it and fry it to the state of cracklings.
- When the lard begins to brown a little, add 2-3 tbsp to it. l vegetable oil.
- Next, lay the chopped potatoes in the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, until a crust forms on the bottom of the potato. Salt is not necessary yet.
- When the potato begins to brown from below, gently turn it over.
- Sprinkle potatoes with onions on top and fry without a lid for another 5-7 minutes.
- After about 5 minutes, salt the potatoes to taste, mix gently, reduce heat, cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, try the potatoes. If it is ready, again we make the fire stronger and bring the potatoes to a golden crust, frying it for another 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped dill and serve. Enjoy your meal.
