Step cooking
- Turn on the oven. It should warm up to 180-190 degrees. Prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance in separate bowls or bowls.
- Combine all seeds, berries and dried fruits in a large bowl.
- Add coconut oil.
- Drive eggs.
- Salt and mix gently.
- Leave on for 10 minutes so that the dough is infused. Stir again.
- Transfer to a silicone baking dish. There is no need to lubricate the mold. When using a mold from another material, it is recommended to lay it out inside with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 60 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool in shape, then remove and place on a plate. Store at room temperature.
Cooking options
You can also experiment with the ingredients to your liking. If desired, other dried berries can be used instead of cranberries. And along with raisins (or instead), you can add prunes, dried apricots or other dried fruits. Pine nuts can also be replaced with other types of nuts.
