Step cooking
Banana + Greens
- Cut 100 g of spinach and 30 g of dill, optionally, cut them and send them to a blender. Pour 200 ml of water or yogurt and kill a little.
- Then take 300 g (2 pcs.) Of bananas, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
- We combine all the ingredients and thoroughly interrupt in a blender until smooth. The greens are interrupted most difficultly, therefore we send it to the blender a little earlier.
Pear + dates + greens
- We use 100 g of celery and 100 g of salad. Tear the greens into pieces and interrupt with water or yogurt in a blender.
- 200 g of pear are peeled from the stalk and seeds, and then cut into small pieces to facilitate the work of the blender.
- We send the pear and 50 g of peeled dates to the bowl and begin to whisk.
- Dates due to their dryness also grind for a long time, so we stock up on patience. But in the finished cocktail, they will reveal their aroma and add a sweetish taste with oriental notes.
Apple + Banana + Greens
- This smoothie is even more simple and affordable to prepare than the previous ones, because the products in its composition are cheap and available in any store. From the herbs we take 40 g of dill and 40 g of parsley. Grind them in a blender with water or yogurt.
- We clean the apple from the stalk and seeds and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and also cut it.
- We interrupt the ingredients until smooth and serve. This smoothie will turn out to be thick, and therefore more satisfying and nutritious.
