Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1.6 kg
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 2 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vinegar 9% - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 g
- Dill + parsley - 1 bunch
Step cooking
- Wash my tomatoes under running water and chop in any way. If the tomatoes are small, then cut into 4 parts, if large, then into 6-8 parts. Put in a deep bowl and set aside.
- Grind garlic and herbs (dill or parsley) with a knife. Add everything to the tomatoes and mix thoroughly. And if you like bell peppers, then we add it at this stage too.
- Add 1 tbsp. l salt, 50 g of sugar, 50 g of vegetable oil and 50 g of vinegar. Also mix thoroughly. If you like it sharper, add a little red or black ground pepper.
- Let the salad brew for 30 minutes and mix thoroughly again. For convenience, such tomatoes can be made in a container that is tightly closed with a lid.
- Cover tightly and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 days. For two days, the tomatoes will need to be mixed so that they are uniformly marinated. After 2 days, the salad is ready to eat. Enjoy your meal!
