The proposed recipe is not quite ordinary - try to cook for dinner not a standard buckwheat porridge, but a dish of green buckwheat. Such buckwheat differs from the usual one in that it does not go through the heat treatment process and, accordingly, retains a maximum of useful substances. There are many recipes with raw green buckwheat, but the most useful one is when the cereal is not boiled, but steamed, retaining all its usefulness and at the same time acquiring a delicate taste and aroma.

Ingredients

Green buckwheat 150 g
A tomato 0.5 pc
Linseed oil taste
Soy sauce taste
Turmeric taste
Curry taste
Asafoetida taste

Step cooking

  1. First, cereals (at the rate of 150 g per serving) should be sorted out and washed thoroughly. Then soak the buckwheat for several hours in plain water. It is more convenient to do this at night.

  2. In the morning, rinse the cereal again, fill it with water. Pour enough water into the pan so that it covers the cereal with 2 fingers. Set the pan with buckwheat on the stove and bring to a boil. As soon as the water begins to boil - turn off the fire.

  3. Buckwheat is thrown back into a colander, allowing the liquid to drain. We rinse the grits.
    Rinse the cereals to prepare the meal.
  4. Put the buckwheat on a plate. Cut the half of the tomato into slices, put it on the porridge. This will give the taste of buckwheat piquancy.
