- Buckwheat is thrown back into a colander, allowing the liquid to drain. We rinse the grits.
- Put the buckwheat on a plate. Cut the half of the tomato into slices, put it on the porridge. This will give the taste of buckwheat piquancy.
- Fill the dish with linseed oil to taste.
- We also pour soy sauce - its quantity also needs to be selected at its own discretion.
