Step cooking

- Pour 60 ml of vegetable oil there and add about 5 g of table or sea salt. It is best to use olive oil.
- All ingredients are thoroughly stirred with a whisk.
- Separately sift 600 g of wheat flour, using a fine sieve.
- We make a small depression in the sifted flour and pour the egg mixture there.
- Mix the liquid mass with flour thoroughly so that the egg does not boil during the brewing process.
- Pour the resulting mass with 200 ml of boiling water, freshly removed from the stove.
- Thoroughly mix the dough with boiling water, not stopping for a second.
- Spread the resulting mass on a flat surface, and then continue to knead the dough with clean hands. Knead the dough thoroughly for 5-10 minutes until a smooth, uniform state is obtained.
- Cover the resulting dough with a suitable bowl or towel so that it does not become thinly crusted. We leave the dough in this form for 15-25 minutes, allowing it to "rest" before sculpting.
