Step cooking
- Take 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Of sunflower oil and pour into a bowl.
- Add 1 cup of flour to sunflower oil and mix with a spoon, and then knead by hand. The consistency should be like raw sand.
- Add 0.5 tsp to the mass. (3-5 g) soda, and extinguish the soda with vinegar and water (1 tsp.). Mix.
- Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. Sahara. Mix again.
- Pour 100 ml of boiling water into the mass and mix.
- Add 1 cup flour and knead the dough. If necessary, you can still add flour. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and sticks to your hands.
- Sprinkle flour on the kitchen table or board, tweak the dough and form balls. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.
