Kitchen appliances and utensils: tablespoon, teaspoon, gravy boat, deep bowl, whisk
Ingredients
Dijon mustard | 2 tsp |
Red wine vinegar | 2 tbsp. l |
Olive oil | 100 ml |
Sea salt | taste |
Ground black pepper | taste |
Step cooking
- In a deep bowl we pour 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar. Alternatively, you can use white wine or apple vinegar, but not an ordinary table vinegar, because a unique aroma is appreciated in a gas station, and not just the presence of acetic acid.
- In the same bowl add 2 tsp. Dijon mustard and 100 ml of olive oil. Of course, you can replace these components with cheaper ones, for example, ordinary mustard and sunflower oil, but then the dressing will noticeably lose its taste.
- Add the required amount of sea or ordinary salt and ground black pepper.
- All components are thoroughly mixed with a whisk so that they are well connected to each other. After that, pour the mass into a saucepan and dress it with salads of fresh and boiled vegetables, mushrooms, meat, fish and seafood.
