- Tomatoes - 750 g
- Onions - 250 g
- Fresh carrots - 250 g
- Sweet pepper - 250 g
- Fresh dill - 1 bunch

Step cooking
- At the preliminary stage, we prepare cans with a thread for the lid - they will store a dressing for soup. To do this, first rinse the containers thoroughly so that no stains remain. And then we thoroughly dry or wipe the cans until the moisture is completely eliminated. We cut sweet pepper. First, cut the stem, then cut the fruit into 2 parts and carefully clean the seeds.
- Take 250 grams of carrots and rub on a coarse grater. Pour the processed ingredient into a bowl.
- Cut the onions into 2 parts, and then cut each half into a small cube. Pour chopped onions in a bowl with carrots.
- Cut the peeled halves of sweet pepper into a small cube. If someone likes straws more, you can cut them like that. Pour the chopped pepper in a bowl to the carrot and onion.
- Finely chop the parsley, then dill in the same way. Sliced greens are sent to a bowl to all the ingredients.
- We cut previously washed and dried tomatoes. First, cut out the stalk and spoiled places, if any. We cut each fruit into several parts, for example, in half lengthwise, and then each half into two more parts.
- We twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder into a large container.
- Pour 150 grams of salt into a container with tomato mass and mix thoroughly so that it completely dissolves.
- Pour processed vegetables from a bowl into it. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- We spread the resulting mass into prepared cans.
- We tightly close the jars with lids and move them to the refrigerator for storage. Due to the large amount of salt, the mixture can be stored for a long time. At the same time, the amount of salt contained must be taken into account when using the dressing in which it will be added so as not to oversalt the dish.
