Step cooking
- Rinse the rice (80 g), put it in a pan (volume 2 l), pour water (500 ml). Boil the rice until cooked (20-25 minutes). Fold the rice in a colander, let cool. While rice is cooking, prepare the rest of the products.
- Wash, peel the pumpkin (500 g). Rub it on a coarse grater into a deep bowl (volume 5 l).
- Wash, peel apples (2 pcs.). It is advisable to take apples of sweet and sour varieties, with dense juicy pulp. Grate peeled apples on a coarse grater, pour into a bowl of pumpkin.
- Rinse the raisins well, drain the water. Put in a bowl with pumpkin and apples.
- Pour the cooled rice to the mass, mix.
- Beat eggs in a bowl (2 pcs.), Mix the mixture as thoroughly as possible.
- Pour vanilla sugar (15 g) into a bowl with the mixture. Add granulated sugar (150 g) to the mixture.
- Grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish with vegetable oil (20-30 ml). Put the mass into the mold, smooth the surface with a tablespoon.
- Send the form with the mass in the oven preheated to 180-190 ° С for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve as an independent dish in a warm or cold form.
