Step cooking
Rice cooking
- For casseroles, pre-cooked rice is used. Rinse 120 grams of cereal under running water.
- Pour 180 milliliters of water into the pan and bring it to a boil.
- Pour the rice into the pan and cover.
- Cook rice at maximum heat for 3 minutes, then reduce heat to medium and simmer another 7 minutes. The last 2 minutes, the rice should be cooked over low heat.
- Turn off the stove and leave the rice to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then add 15-20 grams of butter and salt to it.
Onion and liver cooking
- Peel and chop about 4-5 medium-sized onions (500 grams) in thin half rings. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan. Put the onion in the pan and let it fry. The onion should become soft and transparent.
- Rinse 500 grams of the liver thoroughly and remove excess films, large veins and blood vessels. Leave it in a colander to allow excess glass water. Slice the liver and mince it.
Cooking casseroles
- In a deep bowl, whisk 4 eggs with salt, black pepper and spices to taste with a whisk.
- Add pre-prepared liver, rice and onions to the eggs. Mix thoroughly and salt to taste.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Place a mixture of liver and eggs into the mold.
- Place the casserole in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. You can check readiness in this way: juice will stand out on the surface of the casserole; when it becomes transparent - the casserole is ready. Enjoy your meal!
