- We get 150 g of green peas and thaw it. Peel 1 onion from the husk and cut it into small cubes.
- We rinse under running water 200 g of broccoli, dry and disassemble into medium-sized inflorescences. Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
- Put the chopped onion in the heated oil and fry it until golden brown, regularly stirring with a spatula. When the onion became golden, add green peas to it and simmer for 2-3 minutes, periodically stirring with a spatula.
- Pour 1.5 liters of water into each 3-liter pan, wait for it to boil, add 1 tsp. salt. In one boiling salted water, add broccoli cabbage and cook for 7 minutes until tender.
- In a second pan we put 100 g of wheat noodles and boil until half ready, focusing on the cooking time indicated on the package, then we discard it in a colander and let the liquid drain.
- In a deep container we place half-baked noodles, boiled broccoli, onions fried with green peas, and mix all the ingredients with a tablespoon.
Pouring
- Break 2 chicken eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a fork.
- Add 200 ml cream of 30% to the egg mixture and mix them with a fork until smooth.
- Rub on a medium grater 100 g of hard cheese, add it to the pouring mixture and mix with a fork. Add 0.5 tsp to the fill. salt and 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, and again mix with a fork.
Casserole
- In the baking dish, pour 0.5 tbsp. l olive oil and grease the bottom and side surfaces with a silicone brush. Turn on the oven at 200 ° C and leave to warm. In a greased form, spread the noodles with vegetables and level them with a uniform layer. Cut 100 g of bacon into slices 1-2 mm thick and spread them on top of the noodles with vegetables, trying to cover the entire surface with bacon.
- Pour the mixture for pouring into the mold and level it with a uniform layer.
- We put the form in the preheated oven to an average level and leave to bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, we take out the casserole, let it cool slightly in shape, then put it on a dish, cut into portioned slices, place on a dinner plate and serve.
Important! To reduce the calorie content of the dish, you need to replace the cream of 30% with less fat cream or milk.
