Ingredients
- Apples - 3 pcs.
- Raisins - 15 g
- Walnuts - 15 g
- Curd - 120 g
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Honey (optional) - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- Wash and dry the apples (3 pieces).
- With a sharp knife, cut off the top of the apples and carefully remove the core and part of the pulp, leaving the walls 0.7-0.9 cm thick.
- Put raisins (15 grams) into a small bowl and pour boiling water over it for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins.
- Mix cottage cheese (120 grams), walnuts (15 grams) and raisins (15 grams) in a bowl.
- Beat in them a chicken egg (1 piece) and, if desired, sweeten everything with natural honey, using 1 teaspoon.
- Mix all ingredients well with a fork.
- Stuff the prepared apples with the curd mixture and cover with chopped tops.
- Bake the apples stuffed with cottage cheese in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 20 minutes.
- Serve baked apples with cottage cheese in the oven slightly cooled. To decorate the dish, use icing sugar or sugar mixed with cinnamon. Delicious and healthy apples with cottage cheese, nuts and raisins, baked in the oven are perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack.
