Green pastry
We take fresh spinach (200 g), put it in a deep bowl, pour 200 ml of boiling water, leave for a while to make the spinach soft. We load the spinach leaves in the blender bowl, add 20 ml of water, beat until smooth. In 60 ml of green mass from spinach, add 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 raw chicken eggs, a pinch of salt, mix, add sifted flour, knead the dough to a tight structure. Wrap the finished dough in cling film, leave to lie down for 30 minutes.
Yellow pastry
We take dry turmeric powder (2 tsp), pour 60 ml of hot water, let it brew, add 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 raw chicken eggs, a pinch of salt, mix, add sifted flour, knead the dough to a tight structure. Wrap the finished dough in cling film, leave to lie down for 30 minutes.
Red pastry
We take tomato paste (1 tbsp. L.), Pour 60 ml of hot water, stir, add 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 raw chicken eggs, a pinch of salt, mix, add sifted flour, knead the dough to a tight structure. Wrap the finished dough in cling film, leave to lie down for 30 minutes.
Minced meat
- We take pork meat (1 kg), wash it under running water, dry it with paper towels, cut it into small pieces, pass it through a meat grinder.
- We take onions (2 pcs.), Peel, cut into medium-sized cubes, pass through a meat grinder.
