Ingredients
- tomatoes - 1 kg
- sweet pepper - 1 kg
- apple - 1 pc.
- onions - 1 pc.
- hot pepper - 3 pcs.
- garlic - 5 cloves
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- In separate containers we pass 1 kg of tomatoes, 1 kg of sweet pepper, onions, 1 apple, 2 carrots, 5 cloves of garlic and 3 bitter peppers through a meat grinder.
- We put a deep frying pan on the fire and put all the grinded vegetables and fruits into it.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and bring to a boil.
- Make a minimum heat and cook the tomato mass for 40 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp to the contents of the pan. salt and remove adjika from the fire. We shift the dish into jars and roll them with lids.
Boiled tomato adjika is excellent both as a preparation for the winter and as a spicy tasty sauce for summer dishes. It can be used to give a spicy taste to meat, potatoes or various cereals. Such preparation is stored in a cool place all year round.
