Step cooking

  4. Add 9 tbsp to the finished dough. l milk. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Add milk to the dough.
  5. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a baking dish, pre-lubricating it with 10 g of butter. Pour half the dough into the mold and put in the oven.
  6. Evenly distribute the mass along the bottom of the mold and place it for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. We got the base for the pie.
  7. We take 4 apples, peel them from the peel and core, rub on a coarse grater. Peel apples and three on a grater.
