Step cooking

- Pour 2/3 of the dough into a baking dish, pre-lubricating it with 10 g of butter.
- Evenly distribute the mass along the bottom of the mold and place it for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
- We take 4 apples, peel them from the peel and core, rub on a coarse grater.
- Transfer apples to the pan and add 5 tbsp to them. l Sahara. Stew everything over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- When the apples become soft, add 1/2 tsp to them. cinnamon.
- We distribute the mashed potatoes over the finished cake and fill with the rest of the dough.
- Bake the cake for another 40 minutes. We take the finished dish out of the mold and sprinkle it with 1 tbsp. l powdered sugar.
