Mayonnaise 67% | 100 g |
Flour | 1.5-2 tbsp. l |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tbsp. l |
Baking powder for the dough | 2.5 tsp |
Butter | 10 g |
Tuna and / or saury in its own juice (canned food) | 750 g (3 cans of 250 g each) |
Dill | taste |
Green onion | taste |

Step cooking
- Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. In a container for whipping dough, break 3 pcs. eggs, add 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. l sugar and whisk lightly with a mixer with beaters until a foam forms.
- In beaten eggs, add 100 g of mayonnaise, 350 g of sour cream.
- Mix with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.
- Add 1.5-2 tbsp. l flour, 2.5 tsp. baking powder, again thoroughly mix with a mixer.
- The dough should, by consistency, resemble a mass of pancakes.
- Put canned fish (750 g) in a bowl and knead a little with a fork.
- Finely chop green onion and dill to taste.
- Grease a baking dish with butter (10 g), you can lightly sprinkle with flour.
Did you know? If you use a mold made of heat-resistant glass or without a non-stick coating, be sure to lubricate it with butter and sprinkle with flour, then baking will not stick to the bottom and walls of the mold. When using glassware, be sure to preheat the oven and only then put the dish inside. So it will be possible to correctly detect the time of its preparation. - Pour into the form 1/2 of the prepared dough, level it with a spatula.
- Spread the fish evenly on top of the dough with a fork.
- Sprinkle the fish with herbs.
- Pour into the form the second half of the dough, level it with a spatula, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- In the preheated oven, poison the cake to bake for 35-40 minutes. Readiness is checked by a match or a wooden skewer. After time, we take out the cake from the mold and leave to cool. Enjoy your meal!
