Chicken fillet | 300 g |
Onion (medium) | 1 PC. |
Vegetable oil | 60 g |
Butter for form lubrication | 30 g |
Dill | 1 bunch |

Step cooking
Cooking stuffing
- We clean the onion and cut it into half rings, fillet into cubes (about 1.5x1.5 cm).
- Heat the pan over high heat with 30 g of vegetable oil.
- Fry the onion until golden brown, stirring with a spatula, when ready, put it in one of the bowls for kneading.
- Add 30 g of vegetable oil to the pan, send the chopped fillet to it. Fry the fillet for 2-3 minutes. over high heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
- When ready, salt, pepper, add seasonings to taste. Turn off the pan and transfer the meat to a bowl with onions. Finely chop dill, sprinkle them with fillet and onion, mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Cooking dough
- In a second bowl, break 3 pcs. eggs, add to them 200 g of sour cream and 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- Beat thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
- Sift 150 g of flour through a sieve into a bowl or bowl (200-300 ml), add 2 tsp. baking powder and 0.5 tsp of salt. Gradually add flour to a bowl with sour cream, constantly thoroughly stirring with a whisk.
- Mix the dough to achieve a consistency similar to a fritters dough.
We make a pie
- Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. We grease the baking dish with butter, cover it with parchment (it is also desirable to grease it with oil).
- Put a very small part of the dough on the parchment with a spoon so that it only completely covers the bottom.
- On top of the dough we spread the filling evenly.
- Gradually cover the filling with the rest of the dough, gently level it with a spoon or spatula.
- We send the formed cake to the heated oven for 40 minutes. When ready, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool, then remove it from the mold onto the dish. Enjoy your meal!
