Wheat flour | 5 tbsp. l |
Sausage | 100 g |

Step cooking
- Drive 3 chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add a pinch of salt to them, 3 tbsp. l sour cream or mayonnaise and 5 tbsp. l sifted wheat flour. Using a whisk, mix the ingredients until smooth.
- Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil using a culinary brush and pour the egg mass.
- Cut into small cubes any sausage or sausages and evenly distribute them over the dough. To make the taste varied, take several types of sausage.
- Wash and clean from inedible elements onions and tomatoes. Finely cut both products and also send to the egg mass.
- We wash the greens, chop finely and sprinkle it on top of the filling.
- We rub hard cheese of any kind on a coarse grater and sprinkle them with plenty of future pizza.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºС and bake the dish for 20-25 minutes. As time passes, we take out the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly and serve with fresh herbs, sauces and drinks to your taste.
