Red fish canapes
Ingredients
Lightly salted fish | 200 g |
Cream cheese | 60-70 g |
Sesame | 30-40 g |

Step cooking
- We spread on the working surface sliced in portions of slightly salted red fish of any kind. For this we need about 200 grams of fish. Using a teaspoon, spread a portion of cream cheese on each piece of fish. Just need 60-70 grams of cheese.
- Wrap each piece of fish with cheese roll.
- Then fry in a dry pan about 40 grams of sesame.
- I wash one fresh cucumber under the tap, dry it and cut it into slices 3-5 mm thick on a cutting board.
- Each fish roll is breaded from two open sides in sesame, spread on a cucumber circle and fixed with a special skewer for canapes. Place the canapes on a flat dish - the appetizer is ready to be served.
Canapes of ham, cheese, grapes

- For this snack we cut 150-200 grams of ham into thin strips.
- We cut approximately 70-80 g of hard cheese into cubes on a cutting board.
- Separate ten to twelve seedless grape berries, wash and dry the berries. Then we form the canapes: we pierce the grapes with a skewer and place it on the very top of it, turn the ham into a roll and place it on a cube of cheese, and then pierce it with a skewer from above. Now we spread the canapes of ham, cheese and grapes on the dish and we can treat the guests.
Crab stick canapes with cheese and quail eggs
Time for preparing: 15-20 minutes.

Step cooking
- In a separate container we place 70-80 grams of cream cheese curd. We peel 1 clove of garlic from the husk, wash it, pass through a press into a container with cheese. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Defrost 10-12 crab sticks in advance. Boil ten to twelve quail eggs and peel them. We unfold the finished sticks and spread on each stick with a teaspoon a portion of cheese with garlic over the entire width, wrap it with a roll.
- Cut each crab stick along 3-4 pieces. Quail eggs are cut in half.
- I wash one big fresh cucumber under the tap. Cut it with a potato peeler into thin strips in length.
- Now we form the canapes: first we string the cucumber strip folded by the snake onto the skewer, then we pierce half the quail egg, and finally we string the crab roll. So do with all prepared ingredients. By placing the canapes on a flat dish, we can serve it.
Smoked Sausage and Cheese Canapes

- We form the canapes: we alternately place the ingredients on the skewer - an olive, a doubled piece of sausage, a cube of hard cheese, a circle of fresh cucumber.
