Step cooking
- We collect water in a pot and put on the stove. Put 8 chicken eggs in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook another 10 minutes. When the eggs are hard boiled, put them in cold water, clean.
- Cut into halves, take out the yolks. Set the halves of the proteins aside, and put the yolks in a deep bowl.
- Knead the yolks with a fork and add to them 15 grams of fat mayonnaise. A homemade product is recommended. All ingredients must be removed from the refrigerator in advance.
- We also put in a common bowl 100 grams of cream cheese and 15 grams of mustard seeds.
- Add 5 grams of paprika, salt to taste.
- We peel three cloves of garlic and pass through a special press into a common bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well together to form a beautiful paste-like mixture.
- Thoroughly wash and dry 30 grams of dill, cut the roots and chop finely.
- Add chopped greens to the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly again.
- Boil 8 shrimps in salted water and cool them. When the shrimp has cooled, add 5 grams of lemon juice and 5 grams of vegetable oil to them. Mix and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- In a pastry bag we put a paste-like mixture and fill it with halves of proteins.
- We put marinated shrimp on one half of the appetizers, and olives on the other. Garnish with sprigs of dill and sprinkle with paprika.
Decoration methods and serving options
- If desired, you can add finely chopped shrimp or mussels to the filling. This will give the appetizer the aroma and taste of seafood.
- If you like seasonings and herbs, you can safely add them to the filling. But in this case, you should not overdo it so as not to drown out the taste of the yolks and other ingredients.
- An appetizer must be served before the main course, if this is a feast.
- If the dish is made on a buffet, then the order of serving does not matter.
- The appetizer is served in a cooled form. It is recommended to put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, so that it is infused, and all the tastes of all the ingredients begin to harmonize even more.
- You can also use quail eggs, but the snack will be much less. But such a dish will be distinguished by its originality and appearance.
