Step cooking
Let's make pancakes
- Break one chicken egg into a deep bowl, then add a little salt to it, as well as ground black pepper to taste. Beat the egg with a whisk until smooth.
- Pour 15-20 ml of vegetable oil into a well-heated pan. Pour the egg mixture onto the hot oil and evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the pan.
- As soon as the egg pancake “clings” a little, gently turn it over to the other side. Fry the egg product for 20-30 seconds, after which we transfer it to a flat plate. Similarly, fry the remaining two chicken eggs.
Prepare the filling
- While the egg pancakes are cooling, we will prepare the filling. To begin with, grate 100 g of cheese on a coarse grater, preferably hard varieties. For convenience, we transfer 20-30 g of mayonnaise to the cooking bag. Instead of mayonnaise, it is quite acceptable to use fat sour cream or thick cream.
- Carefully unfold three long crab sticks, trying not to damage the surface. We wash a small bunch of green dill, dry it and chop it with a sharp knife as small as possible.
We assemble the product
- On a flat work surface, put a cooled egg pancake. On top of the egg, lay out the unfolded crab stick. We form a layer of grated cheese, evenly distributing it on the surface of the crab stick. We draw a mesh of mayonnaise, squeezing it out of the culinary bag.
- Sprinkle the product with chopped dill on top.
- We twist the formed structure into a tight roll.
- We cut each roll into portioned rolls, after trimming the ugly ends. Approximately four rolls are obtained from one roll. We lay out a delicious snack on a flat plate and serve.
