Step cooking
- Wash 800-900 grams of young zucchini (2 large pieces). For this dish, it is important that the vegetables have no seeds. Dry the zucchini with a paper towel. Cut the vegetables into 0.9-1 cm thick circles. Transfer the slices into a deep bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the chopped vegetables, pepper to taste. Mix the mugs of zucchini well. If you wish, you can add a few pinches of your favorite spicy herbs to the zucchini, for example, a mixture of Provence or Italian herbs, thyme, oregano, dried parsley or dill. You can add a few tablespoons of olive or other vegetable oil, so when baking zucchini will turn out with a golden brown.
- On a baking sheet, put a sheet of parchment paper, with a culinary brush, grease the parchment with vegetable oil (from an amount of 20-30 ml).
- Lay the pieces of zucchini on a baking sheet close to each other. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are ready.
- Grate coarsely 100 g of any hard cheese of your choice. From spicier cheese, a more piquant taste of the dish is obtained. Place the grated cheese in a deep bowl.
- Wash 300 grams of ripe tomatoes, cut the fastening points of the stalks. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, transfer to a bowl with cheese. It is better to take fleshy tomatoes for cooking, if when slicing you get a large amount of juice - fold the cubes of tomatoes on a sieve.
- Wash and dry the dill greens (5-6 branches), chop the greens into small pieces, transfer to cheese and tomatoes. Mix well.
- Crush in a garlic press or grate 2 cloves of garlic, add to the mixture of vegetables and herbs, also add mayonnaise and mix.
- Put the finished zucchini on a serving dish, with a spoon, put a portion of the filling on each circle of zucchini. Chill the finished dish in the refrigerator. Serve.
