Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Onions - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 3 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Dice 300 g of onion and 3 bell peppers into strips.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion until translucent. Next, remove the onion from the heat.
- Cut 1 kg of tomatoes into quarter rings in a deep bowl.
- To them add previously fried onions and bell peppers. Also at this stage it is necessary to add 50 g of sugar, 1 tsp. salt and mix well.
- Put the resulting composition on fire. Bring to a boil and after boiling, boil the composition for another 30 minutes.
- Add 1 tbsp. l vinegar, mix everything, boil another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Pour the salad into sterilized jars and roll them up with lids. Then turn the cans over and wrap them in a blanket until they cool completely.
