Step cooking
In a pan without the use of accessories
- We put a pot of water on the fire and wait for the water to boil.
- When the bubbles appear, remove the pan from the heat. We are waiting for the bubbles to disappear, and return the pan to the stove.
- Drive 1 chicken egg into a deep plate so as not to damage the yolk.
- Using a whisk, create a funnel in the water and pour the egg into it.
- We wait 3 minutes and pull out the finished poached egg using a spatula.
In a pan with cling film
- In a small container, put the cling film and pour 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
- Drive 1 chicken egg into the butter.
- Wrap the film and place it in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Secrets of a perfect poached egg
- The protein of the old egg will not set well around the yolk, so use only fresh product for the recipe.
- The egg should be at room temperature.
- Pouring a little vinegar or lemon juice into a container of water will improve protein coagulation.
