Ingredients
- chicken egg - 5 pcs.
- pita - 2 circles
- hard cheese - 50 g
- dill and parsley - 2 branches each
- table or sea salt - optional
- ground black pepper - optional
- green onions - 2 pcs.
Step cooking
- First of all, we lay the pita bread on the table and cut out two neat circles, which in diameter will correspond to the size of the pan.
- Thoroughly rinse 2 branches of dill and parsley, as well as 2 little green onions. Dry the greens on paper towels, and then finely chop it with a sharp knife.
- Separately, rub on a large or small grater about 50 g of hard cheese. If you are a big lover of cheese, then you can safely increase its amount. In addition, if you use two varieties of cheese, for example, hard Dutch and soft Mozzarella, then the eggs will turn out to be awesome.
- We heat the pan and spread one circle of pita bread on top of it.
- On top of pita bread we break 5 chicken eggs. If desired, eggs can be whipped separately with a whisk, and then pour the resulting mixture of pita bread.
- Immediately salt and pepper the eggs to taste, then sprinkle them with grated cheese and finely chopped parsley, dill and green onions. We leave some cheese and herbs to sprinkle the finished dish.
- Cover the collected composition with the second round of pita bread and close the pan with a lid. We prepare the product on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- After this time, carefully turn the scrambled eggs on the other side.
- Sprinkle it with the remaining cheese and herbs and continue cooking under the lid for another 1 minute.
- We shift the scrambled eggs on a flat plate and proceed to tasting our creations.
