Aerial scrambled eggs are popular in America and Europe (they call it scrambled eggs). Served as a talker for breakfast and dinner, with family and in restaurants. They take some dishes as a basis and cook with various additives: herbs, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives. In our area, this method of cooking eggs is not yet so common. Although, as an alternative to scrambled eggs and classic scrambled eggs, talkers are used quite often.
Calorie content per 100 g of product is 167 kcal. That is, the talkers cooked in the oven or slow cooker without frying in a large amount of oil, with low-calorie filling from low-fat varieties of cheeses, herbs, tomatoes, suitable for diets and proper nutrition.
How to cook scrambled eggs? Pour lightly beaten eggs into a heated pan and mix slowly from the edge to the middle until cooked.
Cooking tricks
- Watch the temperature. To prevent the scrambled eggs from being stiff or “rubber” in consistency, cook over medium heat. And by the end of cooking, remove the pan from the heat for a couple of seconds.
- Shake the pan. To make the scrambled eggs soft, creamy, you should evaporate the excess liquid as soon as possible. In the process, shake the pan, and the liquid will accumulate at the bottom, thereby preparing the mixture faster.
- For splendor, begin to turn over the shoulder blade immediately. You do not need to wait for the bottom layer to “grab”. So the dish will turn out airy and magnificent.
- Beat eggs well. Less protein “floats” to the surface, and the scrambled eggs turn out to be uniform in taste and appearance.
- Use cream instead of milk. The dish will have a sweet and creamy flavor.
- For extra volume, add a pinch of soda. For 2 beaten eggs, it is enough to put soda on the end of the knife.

In just 10-12 minutes you can cook a standard scrambled eggs. As soon as the oil in the pan starts to bubble, pour in the egg mixture. And immediately mix - the fried eggs will get an airy, creamy consistency. To get bulk clumps of a harder form, let the bottom layer gently “grab”.
You will need:
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- milk - 1.5 tablespoons;
- butter - 20 g;
- salt, spices, herbs - to taste.
Cooking step by step
- Beat eggs with a whisk until smooth. Add milk, salt, spices. Whisk again.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Pour in the egg mixture, and cook over medium or low heat, stirring constantly.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
With tomatoes and cheese
You will need:
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- hard cheese - 80-100 g;
- tomato - 2 medium;
- butter - 20 g;
- salt, red pepper - to taste.
Cooking
- Scald tomatoes with boiling water. Remove the peel and cut into slices or cubes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
- Beat eggs in a deep bowl, add cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, or place in a preheated oven 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Talkers with tomatoes can be cooked so that the tomatoes are baked or fried in pieces. For this cooking method, it is better to take cherry tomatoes. They secrete some juice and retain their shape. Dice the vegetables.Fry lightly in a pan and cover with beaten eggs.

In puff pastry with ham and mushrooms
Popular puffs and croissants actually cook quickly and easily. When there is puff pastry, you can put almost everything in the refrigerator into it. Chatterbox in puff pastry is simple, tasty and profitable. Puffs do not have to be eaten immediately after preparation. They can be used for breakfast and for dinner, as a snack, to take with you on the road or to work.
You will need:
- puff pastry - 1 sheet;
- eggs - 6 pieces;
- champignons - 150-200 g;
- ham - 150-200 g;
- cheese - 80 g;
- chopped greens (dill, parsley) - 2-3 tablespoons;
- butter - 20 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- egg for lubrication - 1 piece.
Cooking
- Slice the mushrooms and sauté in butter.
- Dice the ham and add to the mushrooms. Fry for a few more minutes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Beat eggs. Add cheese, chopped herbs, salt and pepper to them.
- Pour the beaten mushrooms with ham. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Roll thinly puff pastry. On the sides, make horizontal cuts 2-3 cm thick.
- Spread the filling in the middle. From the cut strips, braid the braid. Glue the dough well at the beginning and end of the wicker.
- Beat the egg and grease the entire surface of the pigtail.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
With eggplant in a slow cooker
When the standard scrambled eggs are already fed up, original filling options come to the rescue. Fried eggplant, tasting like mushrooms, harmoniously combined with an egg. In the multicooker, the chatterbox turns out to be magnificent and voluminous, most importantly, make sure that it does not burn. To do this, stir the bowl.
You will need:
- medium eggplant - 1 piece;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- garlic - 2 prongs;
- chopped dill (fresh or dried) - 2-3 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- grated nutmeg (optional) - 1 pinch;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Cooking
- Wash the eggplant and remove the stalks. Dice 1 cm thick.
- Lubricate a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Sauté the eggplant over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
- Add chopped dill, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour everything together in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Pour into the multicooker bowl.
- Beat the eggs and pour the eggplant mixture. Mix well. Set the "Baking" mode.
- Open the lid and mix the contents. Leave for another 2-3 minutes. The dish is ready!
