- milk - 3 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper - a pinch.
Cooking
- Slice the zucchini into thin strips. Grind the greens.
- Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks well. Add salt, pepper and milk. Shake again.
- Beat the whites until stable peaks.
- Combine the protein mass with the yolks, gently stirring so that the protein does not fall.
- Pour the egg mixture onto a frying pan heated and greased with vegetable oil. After 1-2 minutes, put the sliced zucchini, peeled shrimp and greens in the center. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- Remove from heat and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. After 10 minutes you can get it.
Casserole is the most popular breakfast dish. And there are several good reasons:
