Ingredients

wheat flour | 250 g |
eggs | 2 pcs. |
vegetable oil | 1 tsp |
salt | pinch |
Step cooking
- Sift 200 g of wheat flour into a deep plate.
- There we add 2 chicken eggs, 1 tsp. vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
- Gently knead the dough with your hands.
- We crumble the resulting dough well on a work surface sprinkled with flour. This must be done for at least 5 minutes.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- We cut it into 2 identical parts.
- We knead each part well and roll it into a layer no more than 2-3 mm thick.
- We add the resulting layer with an accordion in several layers.
- We cut the dough as thick as we need.
- Expand each cut piece and get ready egg noodles.
This homemade noodle is great for the whole family. You can add it to the soup or use it as a main dish with a delicious sauce. Boil the noodles for 4 minutes, while maintaining all its useful properties.
Cooking Tips
Following these tips will help you make your egg noodle dish even healthier and tastier:
- Instead of regular wheat flour, it is better to give preference to whole grains. It contains a much larger amount of vitamins and minerals useful for the body.
- For unusual tastes, you can add various seasonings to the dough. For example, a mixture of Provencal herbs, oregano, garlic or basil.
- Do not cook the noodles for longer than 4 minutes, but rather remove it from the heat a little undercooked.
- Store egg noodles in a sealed package on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Shelf life is not more than 30 days.
