Important! Before you start creating a dessert, you need to put a kettle so that water boils in it.
We prepare apples for baking
- Pour 1 stack. well washed white (yellow) raisins 1 stack. boiling water for a few minutes so that the berries are a little steamed. For the filling, you can use not only raisins, but also other dried fruits that you like. Wash 10 large apples (two per serving). Carefully remove the core by cutting a hole in the apple pulp of sufficient size for the filling.
- Drain the raisins and pour them on a paper towel to dry the berries.
- Divide 500 g of cottage cheese into two equal parts. Pour washed and dried raisins into one of them.
- Mix part of the cottage cheese with raisins and add 2 tbsp. l bee honey. The second part of the curd is simply rubbed with 1-2 tbsp. l honey.
Bake dessert
- Turn on the oven for heating by setting the temperature to 190 ° С. Peel the peel prepared for baking apples. It is possible not to peel the fruit, but apples that are baked in this way acquire a more delicate taste.
- Use a teaspoon to fill the prepared apples with the filling.
- Sprinkle 1-2 tbsp stuffed and laid on a baking sheet apples. l icing sugar, sifting it through a sieve.
- Bake dessert in a well preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.
Did you know? Unpeeled apples are baked much faster - for complete readiness it is enough to keep dessert in the oven for only 25-30 minutes.
Serving and decoration
Hot and cold apple dessert stuffed with cottage cheese is served, for breakfast or for an afternoon snack, with tea, cocoa, yogurt or jelly. Decorate a hot dish with fruit syrup dousing, and a cold dish with chocolate grated on a coarse grater. You can also add sour cream, jam to the apple dessert, and condensed milk to super sweeteners.
