  • premium wheat flour - 350-400 g

Step cooking

  1. To prepare airy curd buns, you will need to mix 250 g of 9% cottage cheese, 4 yolks and 2 tbsp. l granulated sugar. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. To make it easier to work with the curd mass, grind the curd separately through a sieve or use a submersible blender, and after that add sugar with yolks. How to cook cottage cheese
  2. In a separate bowl, sift 350-400 g of premium wheat flour, a pinch of salt and ½ tsp. soda. In this case, you do not need to extinguish soda with vinegar. The amount of flour may vary slightly depending on the quality of the curd and the size of the yolks. Begin gradually mixing the dry ingredients with the curd, kneading the dough. Do not add all the flour at once, sprinkle as necessary, kneading the dough with your hands when it becomes thicker. Tight dough is better to move from a bowl to a table and knead it well.
