Ingredients
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
- boiled sausage - 200 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
- puff pastry - 2 sheets
- wheat flour - 50 g
- mayonnaise - 500 g
- sausages - 6 pcs.
Step cooking
- Dice 3 boiled eggs and 200 g of sausage.
- On a coarse grater we rub 200 g of hard cheese.
- Sprinkle flour on the table and put 2 sheets of finished puff pastry on it.
- Roll out one of the sheets and grease it with 50 g of mayonnaise.
- Lay eggs, sausage and cheese on top of the dough.
- Gently twist the dough into a roll and cut it into portions about 2 cm thick.
- We shift the parts of the roll onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- We roll the second sheet of dough into a layer and divide it into 6 identical parts. We take 6 sausages, wrap them in strips of dough and lay them on a baking sheet to the roll.
- We send the pan to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
