Ingredients
- Oatmeal flakes - 75 g
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Corn starch - 20 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Vanilla Extract / Vanillin - 3 drops / on the tip of a knife
- Half a banana - 40 g
Step cooking
- Before cooking, dry in a pan 75 g of oatmeal. Dry the flakes on a dry, heated surface, over medium heat, stirring constantly. The time is about 7 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the cereal cool.
- While the contents of the pan are cooling, let’s take up the cottage cheese: grind 100 g of the desired fat content through a metal sieve. Grind the cottage cheese in order to make the baking airy and tender.
- Chilled oatmeal grind in a blender.
- Turn half a banana (40 g) into a puree. Crush the banana pulp with a fork or grind in a blender.
- Melt 20 g of butter and combine the ingredients: cottage cheese, melted butter, banana puree.
- Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. In the curd-banana mass, pour 20 g of corn starch. For aroma, drip 2-3 drops of vanilla extract or dry vanilla on the tip of a knife.
- In dry crushed oatmeal, put the baking powder - 1 teaspoon without a hill. Mix.
- We combine everything in one bowl: oatmeal with baking powder and cottage cheese-banana mixture. Knead. The dough should be pleasant in consistency, to the touch resembling soft clay.
- Cover the oven pan with parchment paper. If you have a silicone mat, you can use it. We wet our hands with water and form future cookies: we pluck small pieces from the dough and roll the balls out of them. Spread the balls on a baking sheet.
- Then flatten each ball with your hands or the bottom of the cup. If you want the baking to be crispy, make the cakes thinner.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We put there a sheet with prepared cookies. Bake for about 15 minutes. We give the finished cookie a little cool, remove from the sheet with a spatula and transfer to a flat plate. You can eat them both warm and cold.
